Can I buy labels on account?

 

Fastway operates on a prepaid label system only. By not offering our services on account helps us to keep our costs down and ensures that our customers get the best rates possible.

 

Why are your labels prepaid?

 

Prepaid labels enable customers to make savings on their usual freight costs, as well as providing a simple system free of any extra paperwork or add on charges.

Fastway's services are targeted towards small and medium sized businesses who need predictability of freight costs combined with reliable service. Fastway’s courier services are organised on a cycle basis as opposed to urgent or point to point services and are perfect for customers who need their goods delivered promptly but not urgently.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept payment by cheque or bank deposit. Some locations may also accept credit card payments. We recommend contacting your local Fastway Courier or depot to confirm their preferred payment methods.

 

Can I send internationally with Fastway?

 

Fastway prides itself on being a domestic courier specialist. We provide metropolitan, shorthaul and national freight distribution in key locations including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Northern Ireland and South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer an international freight service.

Can I buy Fastway labels online?

 

We're currently developing an eCommerce platform for customers to purchase Fastway labels online. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting initiative. Until then, it's best to contact your local Fastway Courier who will happily assist you.

 

Do you have an electronic freight solution?

 

For customers who have a medium to high freight volume, Fastway is able to offer its own electronic labelling solution, allowing our customers to focus on their core business, and their customers, not just their freight.

 

Fast Label is our custom web-based label printing solution. This application not only has the ability to print delivery address labels but also automatically calculates the appropriate prepaid label required to send the parcel to its destination.

 

This application can be interfaced directly into our customer's pick and pack / accounting systems, significantly reducing dispatch labour requirements. It can also provide a veriety of reports which assist our customers in monitoring their freight costs.

In which locations does Fastway operate?

 

Fastway operates in selected locations around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Northern Ireland and South Africa.

 

Can I use labels in any location you operate?

 

Unfortunately not. Fastway is a franchise system and our label numbers are allocated to specific locations. For this reason, labels purchased from one location are not transferable between businesses or locations. Pricing may also vary from region to region.

 

What's your label refund policy?

 

Unfortunately, Fastway labels are non-transferable and non-refundable. For further information, please refer to the Conditions of Carriage relevant to your region.

 

How do I make a claim on a damaged or missing parcel?

 

Please visit your country specific website and enter the consignment number into our track and trace facility. From here, you will be provided an option to submit an online enquiry.

 

Please complete the information in full and a member of our friendly team will investigate your claim as quickly as possible.

 

Can you send me more information on franchising opportunities?

 

Fastway currently has a small number of Regional and Courier Franchises available. For further information, visit the franchising section of our website.

 

I'm interested in a Master Franchise in my country. Can I get more information?

 

Fastway Global is not actively recruiting new National or State Master Franchisees, but we welcome your enquiry.

We review all logo requests on an individual, case by case basis. To request the use of our logo please contact us, making sure you clearly outline your request and file format requirements.
